SYSTEM AND PERFORMANCE
Environment and user experience
We start the PC Beelink U59 pressing the front power button and as the specifications indicate we have Windows 10 Pro 64bit that is activated when connecting to the internet, we have drivers installed correctly and we update it without problems using the official image of Windows 11. The system moves fluidly In basic desktop use, it is possible to load a good number of navigation tabs without slowdowns. A fully valid PC for office automation, multimedia and that we can easily expand thanks to its configuration.
- Installed system version: Windows 10 Pro 64bit / Compatible Windows 11.
The BIOS The system has multiple options, we recommend DO NOT TOUCH if we do not know what we are doing, some function that can hang the system. If we have problems we can use the BIOS reset button that we have on the front.
- Medium: Beelink has its own website and contact email to send our inquiries.
- BIOS: Acceso con ESC / BIOS AMI texto / TPM 2.0 / Secure boot / WOL / PXE / Auto Power ON.
- Other systems: Compatible with Ubuntu / SI compatible LibreELEC for PC.
Network, storage, RAM and ports
Regarding network connectivity, the PC Beelink U59 you have a wireless adapter Wifi aC + BT 4.2 (Intel AC 3165) and a port Ethernet Gigabit (Realtek). The speed results are quite good and we have a correct range.
- Network performance: Dos antenas internas Wifi / Alcance 40 dBm / Link 5G 780 Mbps / Bluetooth OK.
We perform speed tests of the storage of the disco M.2 SATA installed and we observe that it behaves normally. For performance tests we mount 16 GB de RAM DDR4 2133 MHz with configuration Dual Channel.
Processor, performance and thermals
On the mini PC Beelink U59 It is moved by a processor Intel Celeron N5095 made in 10 nm with four cores and four threads that moves between 2 and 2.9 GHz and in the graphic section we have a GPU Intel UHD Graphics up to 750 MHz. This chip has a staggered consumption of only 15 W TDP and performance results outperform its previous generation, GPU performance is limited for multimedia and light gaming use. This computer works well for browsing, multimedia playback with KODI, use for office automation, good level editing applications and small 3D loading games.
In the performance tests of the Beelink U59 how we see improves a lot With respect to the similar range processors manufactured in 14 nm, it is not a revolution but a positive step. The installed GPU Intel UHD Graphics as we can see is limited although it improves a lot compared to its previous version with a larger lithograph.
This mini PC offers us a good thermal performance the system maintains controlled temperatures with its fan at variable RPM and it emits very little noise, in idle it is almost inaudible and in games it is audible but the noise does not rise much more. This processor with its 10 nm it is efficient and we should not be concerned in this regard.
- Consumption: Off 0.9W / Sleep 8W / Basic use 11W / Maximum 23W.
- Thermal: Idle 40ºC / Basic use 42ºC / Maximum 68ºC / CPU 2.1 GHz max. / Yield up to 100%.
- Performance in games: LoL 69ºC / CPU 3.4 GHz average.
- Noise: 36 dBA Max / Variable RPM / NO Semi-passive.
We passed our gaming performance tests at the Beelink U59, we have some results are in the line of this type of GPU integrated in the Ryzen, the GPU Intel UHD Graphics is suitable for games in quality 1080p o 720p depending on 3D loading, it is not suitable for heavy AAA games with a lot of 3D element. As to emulators at most we stick with some simple Wii titles and the like. If we are going to play it is ESSENTIAL memory in Dual Channel.
It is possible to play titles like LoL with a good frame rate, in more demanding games like Provided with graphic settings in performance mode it is not very playable because it reaches 30 fps but it is not very stable. If we are especially interested in the Gaming section, it is better to go for a PC with a dedicated GPU, we will have a much more fluid experience.
VIDEO AND AUDIO TEST
In the video playback section, the PC Beelink U59 has an integrated GPU Intel UHD Graphics which has a VPU with hardware support for codecs HEVC Y VP9 and we do not support modern AV1 video codec. In this processor it has support for 10bit color and it also has support HDR native. This PC is perfectly valid as a multimedia system to use KODI, IPTV or to use it with PLEX.

CONCLUSIONS AND PURCHASE LINKS
- Intel Jasper Lake 10nm
- Good thermals
- Low noise
- Windows 11 compatible
- Compact and with VESA mount
After analyzing the Beelink U59 there is no doubt that the new processor Intel Celeron N5059 made in 10 nm implies a good improvement over the previous generation at 14 nm. This computer offers us enough power for regular desktop use, it also has two 4K video outputs and Gigabit Ethernet port to transfer large files. A device that allows it to be placed anywhere on our desk in a totally discreet way or hang from its VESA mount.
The mini PC Beelink U59 has a disk M.2 2280 SATA in addition to allowing us to mount a disc SATA 3 2,5″, we also have two SODIMM slots that allow up to 32 GB RAM of onboard memory. With this configuration we can update and use Windows 11 appropriately for browsing or consuming multimedia. The cooling system works well and we did not observe performance losses due to heating, the internal blower type fan fortunately is silent on desk, during games you hear something but it is not very annoying.
As we see the Beelink U59 it’s a new mini pc efficient and quiet. This small PC is enough to navigate, consume multimedia or use office applications without problems.
